Next ECOSS conference

The next European Conference on Surface Science, ECOSS-29, will be held in Edinburgh (Scotland, UK) from 3rd to 7th September 2012 together with CMD-24 (24th Conference of the EPS Condensed Matter Division), ECSCD-11 (11th European Conference on Surface Crystallography and Dynamics) and CMMP-12 (UK Condensed Matter and Materials Physics Conference). A number of joint topical symposia will provide platforms for exchange of information between surface scientists and scientists working in other areas of condensed matter physics. Chair persons: Georg Held, Reading (CMD-24), Eoin O'Reilly, Cork (CMD-24, co-Chair), Martin McCoustra, Edinburgh (ECOSS-29), Karsten Reuter, Munich (ECSCD-11), Peter Weightman, Liverpool (CMMP-12).
