Registration

If you do not have an ECOSS-28 account yet, please create your account first.

If you have already set your personal ECOSS-28 account, please log in, go to the “Registration and payment” page and follow instructions therein.

Upon submitting the registration form, your personal invoice specifying your participation costs will be created and e-mailed to you along with detailed payment instructions. A copy will also be available from your ECOSS-28 account. The invoices are issued individually for each ECOSS-28 attendee, and should be paid separately, indicating the invoice number as well as the participant name.

Please note that your registration for the ECOSS-28 conference will only be effective once the requested payment is settled. All received payments will be immediately confirmed.

For logistic reasons, the online registration for ECOSS-28 will only be possible until 10 August 2011. After this date, prospective unregistered participants are asked to notify the ECOSS-28 Secretariat, so we can arrange for their attendance and payment.
 

Registration fees

The details of the conference fees can be found here. Keep in mind that the rates depend on the registration date, so please follow the deadlines. The conference dinner can be booked at additional 50 € / 200 PLN per person.
 

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation of your registration is only possible by a written notification of cancellation sent to the ECOSS-28 Secretariat.

If the cancellation is received before 15 June 2011, 75% of your payment will be refunded. Refund of 50% is guaranteed if the cancellation is received by 15 July 2011. No refund after 15 July 2011.
