Welcome Reception

Welcome Reception will be held in the splendid Oratorium Marianum Hall of the University of Wrocław on Sunday, 28 August 2011, between 18:00–20:00, to accompany the registration of ECOSS-28 participants. Snacks and drinks will be served to all attendees.

Classical concert

All conference participants and accompanying persons are invited to the special ECOSS-28 concert on Tuesday evening, 30 August 2011, at 18:30. A classical repertoire will be played on piano and guitar in the baroque Aula Leopoldina, the most noble and representative auditorium of the University of Wrocław.

Conference dinner

The conference dinner will take place on Thursday evening, 1 September 2011, between 20:00–23:00, in the Centennial Hall complex located in Park Szczytnicki, one of the oldest municipal parks in Europe. Centennial Hall is a remarkable architectural masterpiece of the 20th century, added to UNESCO’s prestigious list of World Heritage Sites. The banquet place overlooks the historic Pergola, an oval promenade consisting of 750 vine-covered pillars, as well as a modern multimedia fountain, offering an opportunity to admire spectacular fountain shows.
