Accommodation

Participants are expected to arrange their accommodation during the conference on their own, except for the student’s dormitory option.

Wrocław offers a variety of sleeping opportunities for visitors. This includes hotels of a different standard as well as more budget-friendly hostels. It is also possible to rent an apartment for the period of the conference. Apart from the accommodation standard, rates usually depend on its proximity to the city center. In this respect, it is advisable to check whether the location is easily accessible by a public transportation.

(For your information: exchange rate between Euro and Polish Złoty (PLN), which is the valid currency in Poland, is around  1 € = 4 PLN.)

 

Student’s dormitory 

This option is only available for student participants. 

Student’s residences of the University of Wrocław are situated at Grunwaldzki Square, an academic district within a short traveling distance from the old city center. Guests will live in modules consisting of two bedrooms and a shared bathroom and kitchen. Breakfast is not served in the dormitory.

The price is 25 € or 100 PLN per person and night. Booking and payment can be made via the conference registration form by 15 July 2011, i.e., before the regular registration deadline.
